Boudin or is it BOUDAIN????

How do you say it,,, not sure but I sure wish it was readily available near my home. well other than Walmart or Kroger, when you can find it. SO I guess I'll have to ask around,search around and surely a fellow Blogger R &D, just might have a suggestion... NO, I am not going to bother with stuffing it in casing. I do splurge and buy it from time to time, but surely there is a SIMPLE recipe somewhere that doesn't require grinding this and that. SO BODAIN!!!!

I'll try to remember to look in the sausage making books I bought the hubby. Surely, you can buy some already ground pork, chicken or beef.
