will add a picture or two of the trees close to me, I pull them and spray all the time, but it seems to make them worse. I'm in the middle of acres of land that belong to farmers or neighbors , some of who do not maintain property. So hopefully the Commission will investigate???

Pineapple Guava bush/tree ,,, thank you RD.
soooooooooooo, SEVERAL years ago, i was discussing trees for a privacy screen with RD. she suggested Pineapple Guava,,, i had given up on them pretty much,, I think they are getting a bit too much shade, beautiful blooms
at times, but that was all.
I was checking fence line this weekend, and WALLAH,,, they may be a bit small, I know nothing about this fruit, and the bush/tree leans trying to catch more sun, but lookie,,,, maybe twenty small fruit.
i'll have to research and see what they look like ripe, and the size. The bush/trees are only about 6 feet tall, Gotta hope the dogs do not notice there might be edibles.
thanx RD!!!! and the place in Crystal Springs,,, although i think someone else owns it now.
wallah, I added a photo of the PineApple Guava fruit,,, those two bush/trees did pretty well for the first time. AND, yes the dogs have found them, they were not to sure of them at first, played with a couple, rolled on them and et them!!!
I hesitantly tasted them, not bad, not sure they are totally ripe, and even though the "net" says rind is edible, too spotted. I'm letting them ripen indoors and will try them again.
at times, but that was all.

Althea trees by way of Japanese Redneck !!
I hope i called them by the correct name, anyway, RD gave them to me a couple years ago, they are finally blooming more than the past couple years, I think they get too much shade, so they might be a bit spindly and need fertilize, but Hay look, and i think they are three different colors, Silly Dilly heped take pix. and oh, the fence needs a new post, i have the post just need to get busy and dig a new hole. Not so easy in the summer with all the clay.

Gee, I am sooooooooo sad, I really was looking forward to watching my Sassafras tree grow up to be handsome,, the one a RD gave me 2 or so years back... I dunno what happened to it. It had leaves , maybe too early in the year? A frost blew through and a couple weeks later, I noticed it looking Dead, and yep, I believe it is, It was as tall as me.. I've never lost a tree that size, well unless I wacked it. AND No, I don't think the dogs have messed with it, I had a cage around it till it got larger. Mila likes to eat certain grasses, just a doggy thing to do.

My Very Own Sassafrass tree via the Japanese Redneck .
Thanx Ramona, I had my doubts , but the Sassafrass tree is putting on leaves. along with some of the Rose of Sharon trees /althea , uhhh, Im not too good with names. I've so been looking for a Sassafrass tree though. Not sure I am spelling it correct, but I love that little tree.
SAD TO SAY, but apparently my favorite tree did not make it through spring 2016, im so sad, dunno what happened, it bloomed and leafed too early maybe, and then a hard frost took it out???????? I was so admiring it, I keep looking to see if a bit of life is left, but I don't think so. APRIL 2016 ,,, gone :(

SNOWMAN 2014
THE STORE BOUGHT kind, that is. Kroger purchase, after it was marked down to 7.99, starting price of 29.99. OH and a bit of the snow that shut down parts of Mississippi. Really wasn't that great a picture but what the heck. I put a candle inside and it burned all night one night, I suppose its a bit like a chiminea but with a HAT???????? HOPE the Satsuma tree survives our cold year 2014. Appears we have another round of ice on the way this week, Maybe I'll get lucky and it will go around again. Really odd and Yesterday was sooooooooooooo beautiful. I went hyper in the yard.
