Those look like young jakes. Only one seems to be pretty large.Good that you got to see them. I never have the camera when I get a glimpse of them around us.
We love driving down the Trace and looking for turkeys. We have seen a lot there.
we so do not have wild turkeys here...how neat to see!!!

WOW, did I spook them or what, I haven't seen these guys in a very long while now, Too much movement in my area, plus the neighbor had clear cut that area next to my property. I DID so enjoy watching for them that year.
